All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Exchanges are only accepted in the rare case of a significant manufacturing defect, if the outfit is damaged during delivery, or if you have received an incorrect order.

You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@shabanawasim.com or calling our support line at
+92-3335427310 (Monday–Saturday, 24/7). -
To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, and in its original Shabana Wasim Exclusive packaging with all tags intact.

Outfits purchased during sales or promotional periods are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for all claims and exchanges to be processed after the returned item has been received by our team.
